Let's go to the second part of our gastronomic journey through Asia. We are in a series of texts on typical foods from around the world, and we have already talked about typical foods from Africa, the Americas and Central Asia. Today we go to the Far East, to learn about typical foods of China, Mongolia, North Korea, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Russia, Taiwan and Macau. All searches were done in English, so some names are in English and some Macanese dishes have Portuguese names due to the Portuguese influence in the territory.
