Acredito que deixar as funções mais exatas a cargo da AI é o caminho para empresas criativas e que têm visão de futuro, mas o ingrediente humano, a meu ver, é o que faz a diferença nas organizações criativas. Certos avanços tecnológicos são retrocessos, pois, por exemplo, uma empresa não pode resolver o problema de um cliente se não o ouve, se apenas oferece opções padrão de atendimento através de máquinas, e um atendimento humano nada qualificado a resolver de fato o problema. É preciso ter um time preparado para sanar os problemas mais previsíveis e um tempo de resposta rápido para problemas mais complexos, de modo que o cliente saia satisfeito. Atendimento, estratégia, RH e criação são, a meu ver, funções que as empresas de visão não podem abrir mão de trabalho humano. How can we adapt to a new city or a new country? When we move we plan this. I think it’s easy to adapt (for me it’s very easy) because we have some time to study the place and consider pros and cons, and even to properly choose if what that place offers is interesting for us, if we’re prepared to climatical differences, etc. These are some points to observe before to move to another city or another country: Weather. Are you ready to live in a place much colder or much hotter than where you are? Or a place where it rains a lot or where, during some months, it’s dark most of the time and some other months are sunny all the time?  Food. If you know how to cook this is not a serious problem. If you go to Asia or Africa being from the Americas, Oceania or Europe you can find some problems to adapt, mainly if you depend on restaurants. Language. After to move 3 times from a city to another and some times more inside these cities, aware of the importance of being surrounded by people with a similar background, currently I have a method to identify the best places to live in a new city or a new country. I’m from a family with a comfortable financial situation and I treasure culture, art and people with similar social background.  These are: Real estate apps. I look at the most expensive houses, and analyse their neighbourhoods through the internet. There are always information on neighbourhoods online. I observe where are the luxury fashion stores in town. The ones globally known I mean. In places like Curitiba and Sao Paulo they are where the most interesting people are. I observe where are the best hotels. For small cities this is not always the best choice. For a nomad, to open a business abroad is a great opportunity for personal and professional growth. To start a business we must understand our target and ourselves. To do it abroad we must be open minded. And consider places where there is a global target, where there are lots of people from different countries visiting or living. Tempos atrás eu resolvi pesquisar sobre a possibilidade de viver na Itália, e poder trabalhar lá, com meu próprio negócio. Já estava aprimorando meu italiano. Fui pesquisar se lá era possível conseguir visto de empreendedor. Descobri umas coisas muito boas. A Itália vive um momento de pessimismo - ops, isso parece o Brasil?. Um momento que os jovens estão mais atraídos por migrar. Não fui a fundo na pesquisa sobre quais jovens. E digo isso porque ao mesmo tempo vemos marcas de luxo italianas prosperando e ganhando o mundo. Um ponto ótimo sobre o país de meus antepassados (não tenho cidadania, mas por parte de pai tenho ascendência italiana tanto de avô (Ferro) como avó (Versiani)) é que existem inúmeros cursos com valores bem acessíveis e até gratuitos para aprender o idioma. Quando eu me mudei para Curitiba existiam cursos que eram subsidiados pelo governo italiano, onde pagávamos pelo material e a taxa de matrícula, sem mensalidades. Não sei se estes cursos continuam sendo subsidia...

Nesta semana li que criticaram a atriz Alessandra Negrini por se fantasiar de índia, dizendo que índio não é fantasia. Agora li em outro lugar que se fantasiar de preto ofende os negros. Está acontecendo uma idiotização em massa? Que tipo de gente fica ofendida com fantasia de carnaval? A vida toda vi gente fantasiada de índio, de havaiana, de pirata, de super herói, de bruxa, de odalisca, de caipira, de mil coisas e só agora a patrulha da internet resolveu regular as fantasias de carnaval. Nunca vi um movimento alegando que não pode fantasiar de caipira nas festas juninas porque é ofensivo. Que tipo de droga quem fala esse tipo de bobagem usa? Porque é improvável que alguém com um cérebro funcionando normalmente diga tanta asneira. O mais incrível é que muitas dessas críticas são de gente sem ligação com os grupos supostamente ofendidos. Nem todo mundo ousa sair da cidade onde nasceu. Alguns, quando saem, saem despreparados para o que os espera, como aquelas pessoas simples de regiões pobres que acham que morar em São Paulo é o paraíso, e chegando lá podem engrossar filas imensas de desempregados sem qualificação. Many people complain about the images we see everyday on social media with happy people, eating in good restaurants, wearing beautiful clothing, going to interesting places, etc. I have a few words to say about these people, so you can share this post with your friends who like to share good experiences. Some people are very good focusing on positive aspects of their lives. The fact that we don’t share all our problems and failures is they’re being used as experiences to create a life even better than the one we have now. O custo de morar sozinho varia conforme a cidade escolhida e o que você considera necessário para uma vida confortável. Neste texto vou fazer uma checklist dos pontos que você precisa observar ao calcular seus custos pra morar sozinho, ou mesmo precificar seu trabalho de longo prazo em outra cidade ou país. Caso tenha imóvel próprio o custo será inferior ao de viver de aluguel. Yesterday I went to a mall to find some perfect trousers, a new backpack and some other things I want as birthday gifts. After some hours trying lots of trousers without finding one really perfect, I was exhausted. At home I spent next two hours motionless on my bed with Thor (my cat) on my chest purring. Best part of the day. And... the designer inside me asked: why don’t you design the trousers you want? I didn’t answer this question yet. I mean... Now I “designed” it in my mind. Maybe later I’ll go to downtown to buy fabrics instead of come back to the mall to see more trousers. If I do this, soon you’ll see the results on my social media channels. Yesterday (February 3rd, as I’m in Brazil right now) was my birthday. For me this is a day more important than New Years Eve or Christmas. It’s a day to observe how much I advanced in the previous year and to strengthen my decision on how much I want to advance during this year that starts today. I often avoid parties. I prefer to receive gifts from people and businesses who cares enough to celebrate with me independent on where they are. I think February 3th is the most beautiful day of any year.
