Many people complain about the images we see everyday on social media with happy people, eating in good restaurants, wearing beautiful clothing, going to interesting places, etc. I have a few words to say about these people, so you can share this post with your friends who like to share good experiences.
Some people are very good focusing on positive aspects of their lives. The fact that we don’t share all our problems and failures is they’re being used as experiences to create a life even better than the one we have now.
Only those who didn’t understand life yet complain about the happiness of others. They do nothing to make their lives better, they don’t learn from their mistakes and simply complain and criticise those who are struggling to make their dreams come true.
Once I was at my italian class and a colleague commented she had a neighbour who only shares positive things about her life, her marvellous child, etc but she (my colleague) knew the neighbour had a lot of problems. Hey! I’ll tell you something. Everybody has problems to solve. Even billionaires. Most problems don’t depend on money to be solved. They depend on emotional maturity and self awareness. The fact is we - people sharing positive things on social media - learned to give importance to what really matters: happiness. And every time we share something showing how pretty we are, how marvellous is that restaurant we ate the previous night and any other positive thing we’re feeling grateful for our talents, our luck, our strength to endure the problems and our abilities to solve them. This is self confidence. Follow this blog and my social media profiles and comment your thoughts about this. Share this post with your friends if you. Better than cliches is to share my own evolution as an example and inspiration for those interested in self-improvement.
Happy people feel happy when others are happy. If the happiness of others bothers you, find a psychologist urgently.
