Começamos a segunda parte de nossa viagem gastronômica ao redor do mundo. A primeira parte foi sobre as comidas típicas do continente americano, de norte a sul. Hoje começamos a falar da África, um continente com mais países do que as Américas. Desta vez falaremos primeiro sobre a África Austral e todos os dias falaremos sobre uma região diferente. Acho que é melhor planejar uma viagem dessa forma. Eu não considerei isso nas Américas. Os países que consideramos para esta região são Botswana, Eswatini, Lesoto, Namíbia e, claro, a África do Sul. Oggi iniziamo a parlare dell'Africa, un continente con più paesi delle Americhe. Questa volta parleremo prima dell'Africa meridionale e ogni giorno parleremo di una regione diversa.
