Let’s start the second part of our gastronomic tour around the world. The first part was about typical foods of the american continent, from north to south. Today we start talking about Africa, a continent with more countries than the Americas.
This time we’ll talk about Southern Africa first, and each day we’ll talk about a different region. I think it’s better to plan a trip this way. I didn’t consider this in the Americas. The countries we consider for this region are Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Namibia and obviously South Africa.
