Ho già pubblicato qui una ricetta dalla Bosnia ed Erzegovina ed è rimasta per settimane come uno dei testi più letti sul sito. Uno dei dolci tipici del paese utilizza lo stesso impasto di Zeljanica (l'altra ricetta), quindi ho deciso di pubblicarne un dolce diverso, anche se questo è un dolce comune in tutta la regione dei Balcani. Il nome di questa caramella è Ruske Kape (cappelli russi). Já publiquei uma receita da Bósnia e Herzegovina aqui antes e ela ficou por semanas como um dos textos mais lidos do site. Uma das sobremesas típicas do país usa a mesma massa da Zeljanica (a outra receita), então resolvi postar uma diferente, embora esta seja uma sobremesa comum em toda a região dos Balcãs.
