I recently saw a video of a Brazilian woman living in Canada commenting on some new habits she acquired there. It was funny to see her say that in Brazil, on rainy days, she just stayed at home. And in Canada, if she does that, she'll never leave home.  😂 I was born in a city where it almost never rains. And when it rains it is stifling, a horrible heat. It is really not very encouraging to go out on rainy days. I currently live in Curitiba (I hope to be on another continent in a year), and in Curitiba, like where she lives in Canada, it rains frequently. And we get used to it. It's a little like going out alone. In Brazil, women are not in the habit of going out alone or traveling alone. I've even seen women in groups of women travelling alone on social network looking for company. I find it curious, but I understand that for some women it is not as easy as it was for me. Recentemente ho visto un video di una donna brasiliana che vive in Canada commentando alcune nuove abitudini che ha acquisito lì. Era divertente vederla dire che in Brasile, nei giorni di pioggia, restava a casa. E in Canada, se lo fa, non uscirà mai di casa.  😂 Sono nata in una città dove non piove quasi mai. E quando piove è soffocante, un caldo orribile. Non è davvero molto incoraggiante uscire nei giorni di pioggia. Attualmente vivo a Curitiba (spero di essere in un altro continente tra un anno), e a Curitiba, come dove vive in Canada, piove spesso. E ci abituiamo. È un po’ come uscire da soli. Vi agora há pouco um vídeo de uma brasileira que vive no Canadá comentando alguns novos hábitos que ela adquiriu lá. Foi engraçado ver ela falar que, no Brasil, em dias de chuva, ela simplesmente ficava em casa. E lá no Canadá se ela for agir assim ela nunca vai sair de casa. 😂 Eu nasci numa cidade onde quase nunca chove. E quando chove fica abafado, um calor horroroso. É realmente pouco encorajador pra sair em dias de chuva. I returned! Too much going on. I decided to resume one of the blog's original themes, which is art, because there is a lot going on in my musical universe and I wanted to share it. This week Apocalyptica released a new song called “Ei vaihtoehtoo” (meaning “no choice” in english) with vocals by a Finnish hip hop singer called Paleface. Sono ritornata! Troppe cose in corso. Ho deciso di riprendere uno dei temi originali del blog, che è l'arte, perché c'è molto da fare nel mio universo musicale e volevo condividerlo. Questa settimana gli Apocalyptica hanno pubblicato una nuova canzone chiamata "Ei vaihtoehtoo" (che significa "nessuna scelta" in italiano) con la voce di un cantante hip hop finlandese chiamato Paleface. Il suono mi ricorda più il rap, ma quando si cerca su Internet chi è lui, l'informazione è che canta hip hop. Non ho ancora digerito bene la canzone. Voltei! Muita coisa acontecendo. Resolvi retomar um dos temas originais do blog, que é a arte, porque tem muita coisa acontecendo no meu universo musical e deu vontade de compartilhar. Nesta semana o Apocalyptica lançou uma música nova chamada “Ei vaihtoehtoo” (que significa “sem escolhas” em português) com vocais de um cantor finlandês de hip hop chamado Paleface. A sonoridade me lembra mais rap, mas ao buscar na internet quem ele é a informação é que ele canta hip hop. Eu ainda não digeri bem a música. Each place follows fashion trends at a pace. I don't expect to find audacious people in a small town wearing exclusive designer clothes from super authorial collections, even though I was such a person in my hometown.
