🌍 Ungaro Fall/Winter 2023/24

In this text, I'm going to talk about Ungaro's fall/winter 2023/24 women's collection from the point of view of personal image as a non-verbal communication tool and with a lot of influence from my personal taste, which doesn't show up in style consultancy.

Ungaro used standard skinny models, and I love seeing shows and campaigns like this because it makes it easier to identify which body types the clothes fit best.

The cuts are almost always enhancing the feminine silhouette. Most of the pieces are plain, in cuts designed for women with a a few body types.

The brand works with a variety of textures, ranging from pieces covered in sequins and velvet pieces, from lace to fluid fabrics and many pleated pieces. My masculine, practical side doesn't like pleats or sequins all over.

Of this season's collections that I've seen so far, it's the most colourful, with a colour palette that features shades of black, white, grey, pink, purple and blue. Mostly cold colours, but which, due to the shades and textures chosen, put the woman who wears them in the spotlight if she knows how to choose pieces that value her individual characteristics.

Suits appear straighter, with some having a slightly androgynous feel.
