🇬🇧 Discovering unusual touristic destinations

Usually, when people think about to travel, the plans focus on famous touristic destinations, visiting the famous places. But... This is boring! I mean... Once it's OK, but if you only do this every time you travel you lose the best part of the destinations. Have you, dear reader, visited any city in your own country which is not a famous touristic place? And abroad, have you ever tried some unusual destination? I was born in Brazil and if you want to discover unknown cities in my country I can suggest you many. Next year I must try some new destinations abroad, but I'll not talk about it for now. Follow this website so you'll see. Well, if you want to try some unique place, you must consider maybe the touristic structure is not so good as it would be in a place where thousands of tourists arrive every day. So, maybe you'll find excellent hotels, but they're used to business travellers, not with guests who are discovering the city. Are you ready for that? Yes, yo...

🇬🇧 Shoes for travellers

What's your favourite kind of shoes to travel? What kind of travel is your favourite? What kind of destination pleases you more? I love comfortable shoes. I'm 1.75m tall and I love high heels, but only when they're comfortable. Preferably, boots. Otherwise, combat boots, flat boots and some sneakers are my favourites. My skin is too thin, so, I like shoes I can wear socks with. To take the airplane I prefer sneakers, combat boots or those shoes for boxing (Would you like to feel like Rocky Balboa or Hurricane?). I recommend you to try if you didn't. To wear during the trip, the best options depend on where you go, how much will you walk, among other points. To a business meeting, dress to impress respecting your personal brand. If you go to an adventure in the forest or to a farm, there are appropriate flat shoes to these destinations. To a cultural trip, visiting museums, art exhibitions, taking millions of photos and walking a lot... Comfort allied to beauty is the...

🇬🇧 Nycka's quick Ambrosia

For these days we want a sweeter life, this quick and easy dessert! When I was an adolescent I used to prepare it often. I loved to prepare desserts (we had a maid at home to prepare the meals), and this one was among my favourites as it's very easy. Ingredients: 5 eggs 2 cups of milk (400ml) 2 cups of sugar + sugar to the syrup 1 cup of grated cheese How to prepare: Mix the eggs with the milk, the sugar and the cheese. You can use the blender, food processor or mixer for this. Prepare a thick syrup and spread it across the board. Place the dough on top and bake in oven. When golden on top, remove from the oven and keep it turned on. Cut the dessert in squares for the syrup to penetrate. Replace the Ambrosia to the oven for more 5 minutes. You can eat it hot or cold. Prepare it, take a picture of the result and publish in Instagram with the tag #unycka. You can tag my profile @Nyckathenomad too. Tell me if you liked the result. This text, like all others on this websi...

🇬🇧 The self-confident short haired woman

Female haircut is somewhat related to the culture where the person grew up. Anyway, as adult women we're free to change. The point is: if the culture around you says women must have long hair, will you feel comfortable having yours short? For travellers, the short hair, in special the very short, like pixies, are very practical! In a few seconds it's dry and we don't need to worry about to style it, if we have no time. A good short haircut is perfect anyway, styled or not. I like to sleep with my hair slightly wet sometimes, so I'll wake up with a new hairstyle without effort. Short hair is perfect to wear dresses with open backs, big earrings, scarves around the neck and much more. It's perfect during the winter and keep us fresh and clean during the summer. The long hair communicates a submissive personality. Are you submissive? If you're not, don't let the false idea of "femininity" seduce you to keep the long hair. You're feminine becaus...

🇬🇧 Permanence and change

Permanence and change are two sides of the same coin. They're not opposites. Everything changes all  time. Even if you live all your life in the same city and the same house, all changes. The house ages and requires renovation. The soul ages and requires growth. It's up to you if you'll respect your soul and discover new places, new cultures, new tastes, new people, new experiences.
