🇬🇧 What to do when your coworkers don't share knowledge with you?

What to do when, in a new job, your colleagues don't want to share knowledge with you? The answer is in this text.

As a 360° personal branding professional, I observe that those who have this question do not have an appropriate personal branding strategy, do not manage their career properly and maturely. They probably don’t even have any strategy, they just took the job because that's what came up. It's what many do (maybe you think doing what everyone else does is always right). And those who act like this are wrong for being negligent with their own career and when something unpleasant happens, they blame colleagues “who don't want to share their knowledge”, the boss, everyone but themselves.

Do you know why the responsibility is yours? You chose this company. You accepted this job. And possibly failed to negotiate the opportunity, whether out of inexperience, fear of remaining unemployed, or any other reason. But it was your fault. And by asking this question, even mentally, you show that you don't realise this flaw, and you probably don't realise other flaws of yours in the management of your personal and professional life. Making mistakes is normal, but repeating the same mistakes over and over is foolish.

If you want to know how to act like a mature and competent professional, you can try to find your way by yourself, doing a self-analysis, and this can take time, it can cost you a lot of setbacks, a lot of heartbreak or even the loss of your job and other jobs until you learn to have the attitude of a mature professional who is in control of his own career, or you can schedule a consultation with me following the instructions on the “Services Available” page and solve this much faster, with planning and awareness. Stop looking for blame and start looking for solutions and guidance that are appropriate and tailored to your needs. The service is available worldwide in Portuguese, English and Italian.
