What to do when, in a new job, your colleagues don't want to share knowledge with you? The answer is in this text.

As a 360° personal branding professional, I observe that those who have this question do not have an appropriate personal branding strategy, do not manage their career properly and maturely. And by asking this question, even mentally, you show that you don't realise this flaw, and you probably don't realise other flaws of yours in the management of your personal and professional life. Making mistakes is normal, but repeating the same mistakes over and over is foolish.
