🌍 Services

Within the Repertoire Expansion project, I offer a range of services for individuals and businesses.

As the focus of the Nycka the Nomad blog is on broadening worldviews and expanding repertoire, as well as migration, the services available here are aimed at people who wish to live in another city or country, whether to start their own business, work as a self-employed professional in a differentiated business, or relocate as a highly qualified professional. For all of these options, when relevant, I also offer image and 360º personal branding consulting in addition to the services below.

Services related to other topics covered on the blog may also be available upon request.

Consulting for migration based on cultural fit, lifestyle and/or repertoire expansion

The service does not necessarily begin with a destination already chosen by the client. The objective is to identify which destinations are most compatible with their life and business plans.

My role is not to convince the client that a particular country is the best option. It is to broaden the possibilities, research different scenarios, and help the client make a decision based on their own objectives.

What it includes:

  • Mapping the client's personal and professional objectives, including work plans, entrepreneurship, assets, lifestyle and long-term perspectives.

  • Mapping cultural and lifestyle aspects that align with the client's profile.

  • Mapping the client's professional profile and the professional opportunities and positioning strategies that can leverage their experience and personal brand.

  • Mapping the client's existing business or business project, including sector, business model, investment needs, and possibilities for international expansion or adaptation, when applicable.

  • Identifying and comparing potentially suitable destinations, without limiting the research to countries previously considered by the client.

  • Mapping the residence options available in each destination, taking into account professional profile, entrepreneurship, investment and family composition.

  • Comparing the costs and requirements of establishing oneself in each destination, including the necessary investment, cost of living and other factors relevant to the decision.

  • Developing scenarios and conducting a comparative analysis of destinations, based on the criteria established for the project.

  • Developing a strategic establishment plan for the chosen destination, including business, timeline, priorities and stages of the move.

  • Developing and monitoring the business plan, when applicable.

  • Identifying local professionals and services required to implement the project, including those responsible for legal, tax, accounting or other specialized matters.

  • Providing strategic guidance throughout the project, from destination selection through implementation.

Benefits:

  • Living in a place aligned with your objectives and with greater alignment with your personal values.

  • Developing your business or career in a country where the local culture values what you have to offer.

  • Reducing the risk of frustration to almost zero by avoiding the choice of a destination based on tourist experiences—which are always different from the experience of living somewhere—or on a decision made without considering the many factors that affect successful adaptation.

  • Expanding your range of choices by discovering destinations you may never have considered because they are not part of the usual repertoire of immigration options.

  • Finding professional and business opportunities that make sense for your profile, rather than simply trying to reproduce abroad what you were already doing in Brazil.

  • Choosing a destination while also considering residence feasibility, avoiding becoming attached to a place that does not offer an immigration route compatible with your profile, objectives and resources.

  • Planning the move around real life, rather than focusing only on the requirements for entering the country: housing, cost of living, mobility, services, family, pets, work, business and other aspects relevant to the project.

  • Reducing the time and money wasted on incompatible choices by identifying obstacles and potential incompatibilities before investing in the move.

  • Building an establishment plan before the move, arriving at the destination with priorities, stages and the necessary professionals already identified.

  • Preserving and strengthening your professional capital by identifying how your experience, skills and personal brand can be leveraged in the new country.

  • Making a decision based on multiple criteria, rather than choosing a country simply because it seems attractive, is currently popular, or was recommended by someone else.

  • Discovering that the country you initially thought was ideal may not be the most suitable—and finding alternatives that make more sense for the life you actually want to build.
