Hey! In this text there is another sweet recipe. Today's dessert is as easy as my ambrosia, which I posted a long time ago. The name is Qumështor and it is a typical Albanian dessert.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup of oil
2 cups of sugar
2 heaping tablespoons of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 litre of milk
Oil to grease
Directions:
Beat the eggs and oil with a fouet. Add sugar and mix until smooth. Add the flour and mix well. Add cornstarch to the dough and keep stirring. Add the milk to the dough and mix. The result is a very liquid dough.
Grease a refractory with oil and lay the dough in the refractory. Bake in a very hot oven for 60 minutes. Serve cold.
I hope you like it. Also try my Ambrosia recipe and other recipes, sweet and savoury, available under the tag “Savouring the world”. Follow my social media profiles to discover more world flavours, travel experiences and more.
