Below I list 9 signs that a company belongs to my universe, and that it could be interesting for it to hire my services and/or sponsor my work.
- The company has a final target audience with high purchasing power.
- The company sells an image of creativity or has clear differentials.
- The company and its leaders know that images with a white/monochromatic background, lookbook style, are ineffective in reaching an audience with high purchasing power or that consumes creative or innovative products and services. Images with a white/monochrome background do not generate connection with the brand and are a sign that the brand is playing cheap.
- The company and its leaders are aware that communication, including non-verbal communication, must be consistent with the brand image and the profile of the target audience.
- The company and its leaders know that the photographer's repertoire and training are important for the final result.
- The company and its leaders are aware that art is made by human beings and good communication, verbal and non-verbal, too.
- The company creates its communication and marketing strategies without blindly following trends. If “everyone” is doing something, doing exactly the same thing is usually a sign that the company is just one more in the market and does not have clear differentials.
- The company and its leaders understand and value the role of photography and art as non-verbal communication tools.
- The company values art.
If a company has at least one of the characteristics above, it might be interesting for them to hire my services or sponsor my fine art photography projects.
