🇬🇧 The style of people in their thirties

What should a person in their 30s wear? What style should you adopt?

I'm Nycka, a stylist with decades of experience in the fashion industry and I work with personal image as a non-verbal communication tool. Personal style is also related to the individual maturation process. In this text I will talk about the style of people in their thirties.

A person in this age group should already have some repertoire and a certain level of maturity. (S)He also tends to have a better professional standing than (s)he did when (s)he was in his/her twenties. If not, insecurity or lack of preparation are factors that may be negatively affecting their career. My personal branding work combined with personal style consulting can be useful to break down these and other barriers.

In their thirties, the way people dress depends more on their marital status and their chosen career than on factors such as their relationship with their parents. I note the influence of marital status mainly among women. It is not a rule, and each person is a universe, which is why individual professional guidance is important.

Having style is valuing what makes you unique and knowing how to use your appearance as a non-verbal communication tool. In your 30s you already have or should have enough self-awareness to have a reasonably different way of dressing by yourself, but that doesn't happen to everyone. And even among those who do, they are unlikely to master the use of personal image as a non-verbal communication tool. My guidance as your stylist aims to change that.

Knowing how to use your appearance as a non-verbal communication tool will certainly contribute to your self-knowledge, career success, social and love relationships, and clarity in your communication. To take advantage of these benefits, make an appointment with me following the instructions on the “Services available” page. The initial meeting is online and I serve clients from all over the world in Portuguese, English and Italian.
