Let's talk about the weather?
The weather forecast where I live has a maximum temperature of 24° C and a minimum of 5° C for today. 24° C is, in my perception, a pleasant temperature. But the variation of almost 20 degrees between the maximum and the minimum I feel uncomfortable. As I feel uncomfortable to live in places where winter and summer temperatures are very different in order to give a feeling of much heat in the summer and very cold in the winter.
Fortunately the world is big and has cities with very different climates. We can learn from these uncomfortable experiences and find a place with a more pleasant profile.
Those who have not yet left their hometown to live elsewhere may find it strange to think of the climate as a factor in choosing their destination. And it is true that we adapt. I was born in a city where 24° C was close to the minimum winter temperatures. I don't remember seeing temperatures below 20° over there. And nowadays I like cooler places a lot.
The years living here have taught me a lot. That was one of them. Even though I have lived in other places before, I arrived here without knowing several things and I learned. Often having no one to teach me. Have you lived in places with different climates from where you lived before going there? How was the adaptation? What did you learn from the experience? Did that influence your choice of the next destination? How?
