Today I will tell you about a recipe for a typically Brazilian dessert that you can make at home anywhere in the world. Today I present to you the pé de moleque, a dessert that is easily found in Brazil during the June holidays. There are industrialised versions in the country, but the more handcrafted version is better.
Ingredients:
6 cups of tea of / sugar
4 cups of tea of / milk
1 teaspoon of / baking soda
1 deep plate of / roasted and ground peanuts
* Before the bar / is the quantity and after, the ingredient.
Directions:
Bring everything to a boil, stirring constantly so that it does not stick to the pan. When it is ready, pour it on the greased marble and when it has cooled, cut it.
Tip: Instead of pouring everything on the marble, spoon the already separated candies, so you don't have to cut.
Have you ever tried a pè de moleque? Did you make it at home? Did you think it was so easy to prepare? Do you like it?
It's a good option to always have dessert available at home and, for Brazilians overseas, a way to always have a taste of Brazil at your fingertips. I love. I hope you like it too.
