  1. To read at least one book every month.
  2. To observe our qualities and to feel gratitude about them.
  3. To be grateful for what we have and what we conquer honestly.
  4. To discover a new artist (painter, musician, etc) every month. This case, not to include actors.
  5. Watch at least two movies every month.
  6. To study mythology and Joseph Campbell’s books.
  7. To study philosophy. To include “Sophie’s world” as the first book you must read is a great idea.
  8. To study another language. When you become fluent in it, start studying a new one.
  9. To travel and discover different cultures. To be a cultural nomad offer some advantages because it helps to see the world from a different point of view compared to tourists.
  10. To observe your own mind.
  11. To keep in mind everything can be improved. Don’t stay in the comfort zone.
